What happens if I change my mind?

If you change your mind about your mobile phone, you may cancel during the first seven days and you will not incur any early termination charges. All you will be charged for is the line rental used. You may be charged for any excessive call minutes, texts and data used.

Your phone must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging. To request a return, please full out our returns form.
